- Usage information: Pages visited, links clicked, device and browser type, IP address.

We use your information to:
- Provide medical care, including evaluation, diagnosis, treatment, and follow-up

All Protected Health Information is stored on HIPAA-compliant infrastructure, encrypted in transit (TLS) and at rest. Access is limited to authorized personnel under a Business Associate Agreement (BAA). Telehealth visits occur over a HIPAA-compliant video platform.

8. Children
Our services are intended for individuals 13 and older. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13. If you believe we have, please contact us so we can delete it.
